We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and at the best price possible.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for orders placed on theharvestco.com:
- Standard Ground — 3 to 5 business days
- Freight — 3 to 10 business days (for large or heavy items)
Some items may require additional processing time before they ship. All delivery estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Not all products are available for every shipping method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method of your order. You'll see your shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.
In rare cases — such as deliveries to remote or rural areas, island locations, or orders requiring multiple pallets — additional charges may apply. If that happens, we'll contact you right away before processing your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select categories or sitewide. Keep an eye out!
Where We Ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous states, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that free shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally, and we do not offer local pickup at this time.
Processing & Transit Times
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. This does not include transit time. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order size, or special handling needs.
To get your order to you as efficiently as possible, some items may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor, and some orders may arrive in multiple packages. You will never be charged extra if we split your shipment.
Large & Freight Orders
Large items — like bulk soil, trays, or oversized equipment — ship via freight on a pallet.
Freight deliveries are scheduled by appointment. The freight carrier will reach out to you directly to arrange a convenient delivery window. Please respond to their contact within 24 hours to avoid delays or rescheduling fees.
When your freight order arrives, please inspect it carefully before signing. If you notice any damage, do not accept the shipment — contact us immediately and we'll make it right. Your signature on the delivery receipt confirms the order arrived in good condition, so it's important to check everything before signing.
Privacy Packaging
We understand that privacy matters. If you'd like your order shipped in plain, unmarked packaging, just leave a note at checkout and we'll take care of it.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If something goes wrong with your delivery, please reach out to us at hello@theharvestco.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue. Our customer support team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM MST.
